The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified professionals to provide comprehensive Landscape Maintenance Services at the Charleston International Airport and associated locations in and around North Charleston, SC. This will be a three (3) year agreement with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals as determined by the Authority.

Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor materials, and equipment and performing all work for the CHS Terminal Annex Roof Replacement at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC. Base Bid includes the complete removal down to the metal deck and replacement of Annex Roof Area A for approximately 832 squares using a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system. Also included are miscellaneous deck repairs, roof carpentry, insultation with taper, coverboard, sheet metal adhering to ES-1 and sealants. Alternate Number 1 work includes the same scope as Base Bid for Annex Roof Area C for approximately 17 squares. Alternate Number 2 work includes the complete removal down to the deck and replacement of Fuel Farm Roof Area for approximately 19 squares using a granular surfaced two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Also included are miscellaneous deck repairs, roof carpentry, insulation with taper, coverboard, sheet metal adhering to ES-1 and sealants. Rebuilding parapet top with rough carpentry.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials to remove the existing air conditioning units serving the Airport Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room and install new owner-provided units (Liebert Model #VS077AUA1EIP3J0) in its place.

The Work may be generally described as the interior modification of existing rooms within the commercial terminal building to create three (3) new intermediate distribution frame (IDF) rooms. The project involves providing and installing complete technology systems, cabling and components, as well as additions and modifications to existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems and minor modifications to architectural ceilings. Staging and sequencing construction activities are required to be completed in a manner as to not interfere with or interrupt airport operations.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified concessionaires to operate up to four (4) non-exclusive on-airport Rental Car Concessions (RAC) in the new Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility located in Parking Garage 3 at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC. The Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
