The Charleston County Aviation Authority is requesting Statements of Qualification from well qualified firms to perform as Prime Contractors to design, manufacture, test, furnish, install, and commission all necessary equipment for modification to the existing Checked Baggage Inspection System (CBIS) 3rd Electronic Detection System (EDS) Project at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC.

The Charleston County Aviation Authority (“CCAA”, “Authority”) is requesting competitive Proposals from well qualified professionals with experience in the aviation industry to act as non-exclusive pre-approved providers of Bond Underwriting Services. The Authority expects to select multiple firms from which underwriting teams will then be selected on a transaction-by-transaction basis over a period not to exceed five (5) years beginning with the underwriters for the 2024 Bonds.
