The Work may be generally described as the interior modification of existing rooms within the commercial terminal building to create three (3) new intermediate distribution frame (IDF) rooms. The project involves providing and installing complete technology systems, cabling and components, as well as additions and modifications to existing mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems and minor modifications to architectural ceilings. Staging and sequencing construction activities are required to be completed in a manner as to not interfere with or interrupt airport operations.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified concessionaires to operate up to four (4) non-exclusive on-airport Rental Car Concessions (RAC) in the new Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility located in Parking Garage 3 at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC. The Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.

The Charleston County Aviation Authority is requesting proposals from well qualified General Contractor firms with experience performing work on military installations to provide all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work for the ASR-9 Facility Construction at the Charleston International Airport, North Charleston, SC.
